• Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the SailPoint cloud platform. Will leverage coding experience in Java, Python, BeanShell and PowerShell as needed.
• Extensive collaboration with internal and external technical teams to harness technology for digital transformation, resulting in improved security, operational efficiency, customer experience, and quantifiable savings and business value.
• Experience working on complex projects and integrating identity solutions with 3rd party applications.
• Critical thinking skills coupled with interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex technical solutions to audiences with varied levels of technical expertise is needed. Creation of technical design documentation and change management documentation is required.

Job Summary:

Mid-level information security supports SSM health organizations, safeguarding digital assets and ensuring information confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This mid-level position involves active administration, and the ability to develop and document technical procedures as well as identify improvements in controls, monitoring, analyzing, documentation to support security initiatives.
Mid-level information security Identity Access Management resource supporting SSM Health by safeguarding worker identities and access. This mid-level position involves daily design and coding work in our SailPoint cloud platform as well as active administration of the platform.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports SSM Health business through information security efforts. 
• Acts as Security Administrator for overall efforts to improve the information security at SSM, including governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity technical controls, incident response, threat and vulnerability, security awareness, identity, access, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Implements security procedures and technology safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data. 
• Develops documentation, meeting summary, technical PowerPoint slides, and translating technical language into layperson's terms.
• Communicates technical information and security concerns to departments within the organization.
• Assists in implementing and supporting security solutions, application security design, assessments, testing, control design and remediation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate information security measures into various development lifecycle stages.
• Enhances processes with their knowledge of security standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, HITRUST, CIS CSC.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education

EXPERIENCE

• Three years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
