Position Summary:  

We're seeking a Senior Program Management Coordinator to join our Program Management team! The Senior Program Management Coordinator will act as a liaison between SPS retailer and supplier customers in addition to our sales team. This role will respond to external and internal inquiries while coordinating and collaborating cross-departmentally with the goal of driving supplier contracts. Key Responsibilities:  

  • Using internal tooling, respond to supplier questions & objections on behalf of our retail partners using pre-determined messaging

  • Support Program Management execution through foundational excel/salesforce reporting and project assistance

  • Support internal requests related to supplier engagement & outreach

  • Manage the accuracy of our supplier community reporting for our retail customers by validating existing relationships with a specific focus on those records that require an additional level of review

  • Assist our retail customers in granting SPS access to their internal email systems for vendor response management

  • Support team email queues during peak periods

     

Location:  

This is a hybrid position based in our Minneapolis office. The in-office expectation is 3 days per week. 

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong written communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience with Salesforce

  • Retail and/or Customer Service experience

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The pay range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

The hourly pay range for this role is: $24.57 - $36.88. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
