Resource Manager (Remote - EMEA or US)

Accountabilities:

• Analyze team capacity and proactively manage resource allocation for delivery engagements across global regions.
• Maintain a comprehensive skills matrix to match the right team members with project demands based on expertise, availability, and cost.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as billable utilization, staffing efficiency, and resource readiness to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement scalable resource management best practices, tools, and processes.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with Delivery and Freelance Community teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in resource management within a SaaS or software delivery organization.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services operations, including staffing, delivery, billing, and project closure.
• Proven ability to manage contractor staffing and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a process-driven, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• RMCP (Resource Manager Certified Professional) certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a distributed, multicultural environment.
