What you will be doing:
Be an effective Leader in the overall end-to-end software development and delivery of products. You will:
Drive the day-to-day operational aspects of software development, coordinating across multiple development teams as well as QA, release operations, etc.
Establish metrics and indicators to assess the predictability and health of releases
Drive process change and improvement throughout the organization
Investigate, demo, and recommend tooling changes to support process changes and improvements
Create common strategies and efficiencies and persuade multiple business units of the advantages
Develop and lead program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
Foresee risks and build risk management solutions as appropriate
Accurately represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriately.
Regularly communicate the program status and key issues to management.
What we need to see:
Previous experience in leading software products
Expertise in JIRA tool, Microsoft Project and other project management tool
Familiarity with software source code management systems and branching schemes
8+ years Software Project Management experience driving engineering
Experience leading global projects
Background as a software engineer or a software QA engineer
Experience evaluating and driving adoption of new process workflows in medium to large organizations
BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Certified in Program Management (PMI, Stanford, UC Berkeley Extension, etc)
Previous experience as a software engineering manager or a QA manager is a plus

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
