• Project Management: Senior Project Manager

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a key Finance Modernization Initiative aimed at transforming legacy systems and processes. This role requires someone with a strong background in application development or data migration, capable of driving complex, multi-team projects with technical depth and strategic oversight.

• The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams, tracking progress, identifying risks, and delivering results that align with business goals.
• 
  
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of modernization initiatives across multiple workstreams within the Finance department.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across development or migration tracks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, gather status updates, and ensure alignment among various teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including status reports, dashboards, risk logs, and release plans.
• Support release management and change control processes.

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in finance or a related field.
• Strong experience in application development and/or data migration projects.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
• Proven ability to create and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to technical detail.
• 
  
• Preferred Skills:
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience in finance or mortgage-related projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience leading modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
