uConnect is looking for a tech-savvy Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding and implementation of their career service platform for educational institutions. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, project timelines, and software configurations to enhance user satisfaction and platform adoption.
Responsibilities: Manage the entire onboarding lifecycle for new clients, ensuring satisfaction and adoption through effective project management, communication, and coordination with various teams.
Skills: 5+ years in IT within higher education, strong project management, technical aptitude with SaaS, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Experience leading software implementations, familiarity with technical integrations (e.g., SSO), and a proactive client-centric approach are preferred.
Location: Remote; must be capable of working in a fully remote environment with no specific office requirement.
Compensation: $90000 - $120000 / Annually
