Spotify is seeking a world-class Director of Consumer Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing organization and drive our global product marketing strategy.
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership in Global Marketing and R&D to shape the product roadmap and deepen the relationship between Spotify and its community of 696M+ users. You will define the consumer narrative and go-to-market plans for Spotify’s evolving portfolio of innovative features. You will grow adoption, engagement, and love for Spotify’s product experience with users around the world. You will bring a bold and entrepreneurial approach to product marketing, strengthening Spotify’s position of leadership in this space. You will push creative boundaries to ensure Spotify's product marketing work is always effective and excellent.
The United States base range for this position is $203,113 to $290,162 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
