Real Estate Analyst (“REA”) Summary:

Responsibilities
This is not a typical analyst role. In this role as the REA you will be exposed to the entire real estate development lifecycle, from site selection to store opening. You will be a critical player in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing sectors in consumer retail.
● Drive the Deal Pipeline: Function as the central hub for our real estate deals, meticulously tracking every new site from initial handshake through due diligence, municipal approvals, and grand opening.
● Become a Market Strategist: Deep dive into market data, demographic trends, and competitive insights to design the expansion plan and identify the hidden gems that will become Spark Car Wash’s next successful locations.
● Tell the Story with Data: Craft dashboards, reports, and presentations that guide the executive team's most critical growth decisions and communicate the progress to key stakeholders.
● Orchestrate Project Success: Manage details that keep the portfolio running smoothly, coordinating with internal teams and overseeing a team of external experts: engineers, surveyors, and attorneys to ensure every project is set up for success.
● Manage Budgets and Timelines: Keep project budgets and pro-formas, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met and escalating risks or delays keeping the pipeline moving.

· Experience or interest in commercial real estate development
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors
· Driven by dynamic settings and confident in overcoming obstacles to drive results.
· Data driven, hands on approach to problem solving
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Preferred Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Direct experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a paralegal role focused on real estate
· Experience working in a multiunit retail or similar environment
· Familiarity with tools like Placer.ai or Google Earth Pro
