Salary: $112k + up to $4k annual bonus for top performance. With top performance, you are also eligible to become a shareholder in our company and earn equity.

Location: Chicago - at one of the coolest buildings in the city! We will share the location as soon as we can.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility for events that may extend into the evening.
Your Mission:
Your mission is to lead the charge in shaping connection, productivity, and longevity within one of Chicago’s most exciting workplace destinations. You’ll oversee the launch and evolution of placemaking within the building, including activities and events designed to foster a sense of community within this inspiring location.
You’ll lead a team of three and bring programming to life, lead onsite operations, and serve as a trusted partner to tenants, property management, and building ownership. With every moment you curate, you help redefine what it feels like to come to the office.

You inspired tenants to engage more deeply with their workplace, making coming to the office feel intentional, energizing, and personal. You helped your tenants discover they could thrive at work.
