Lytegen is a fast-growing U.S.-based clean energy and real estate investment company with operations across the United States, India, and Mexico. While we are rooted in solar and clean energy solutions, we are also strategically expanding our real estate portfolio in the U.S.. We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee, manage, and grow our property portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Lytegen’s U.S. real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, leasing, property management, vendor coordination, and financial oversight. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple properties remotely while coordinating with U.S. teams, tenants, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate will also play a strategic role in growing the portfolio by identifying opportunities for expansion and increasing asset value.

Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all U.S. properties, including residential and commercial units.

Leasing & Tenant Management: Manage tenant relations, lease renewals, compliance, and vacancy reduction strategies.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Negotiate and oversee contracts with maintenance vendors, property managers, and service providers.

Financial Oversight: Track rental income, operating expenses, and generate monthly/quarterly reports for management.

Growth & Expansion: Research new markets, identify acquisition opportunities, and support due diligence for potential purchases.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure properties comply with U.S. legal, municipal, and HOA regulations; maintain proper documentation and records.

Process Improvement: Implement efficient systems for property management, reporting, and communication with U.S. counterparts.

Strategic Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize property performance and maximize ROI.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or portfolio management (U.S. market experience is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for tenant/vendor negotiations and U.S. team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. real estate processes including leasing, compliance, and property management software.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L, rental yields, and property performance.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely manage properties, and deliver results under deadlines.
