Skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical power infrastructure.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code, ASHRAE, NFPA, and International Building Code.
- Proficient in contract management, budgeting, and conceptual design.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repair support in high-stress environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and contractors through MEP engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Provide technical support ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and specifications.
- Verify maintenance and coordinate repairs for HVAC, electrical, cranes, security, and fire protection systems.
- Manage design, development, and issuance of documentation for large commercial or aerospace projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts onsite in real time.
- Prepare and coordinate site capital expenditure projects ensuring technical, budget, and deadline alignment.
- Acquire building permits and ensure completion of inspections for project closeout.
- Communicate and schedule building and maintenance activities with personnel and suppliers.
- Ensure reliability and maintainability of installations and respond to facility emergencies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related engineering field.
