Skills
- Proficient in Python for data engineering and modeling
- Advanced SQL and relational database design/usage
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Experience building and deploying predictive models and ML pipelines
- Data visualization and dashboarding, including geospatial representations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across technical and business teams and drive outcomes
Responsibilities
- Design and build statistically-based dashboards and analytics tooling to monitor customer growth and experience
- Develop monitoring systems and alerting strategies to detect trends, regressions, and anomalies quickly
- Create and validate predictive models to forecast customer acquisition and behavior
- Work with software and production teams to integrate analytics into product and operational workflows
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business and engineering stakeholders
- Implement data pipelines and ML pipelines to operationalize models and enable autonomous applications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, or another STEM discipline
- Background in statistics or computational physics
