Responsibilities
- Develop automation to deploy and manage compute resources both on-premises and in cloud environments
- Deploy and operate core infrastructure components including databases, monitoring, and storage
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to design scalable, operable, and maintainable systems
- Participate across the full service lifecycle: design, deployment, operation, monitoring, and refinement
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, performance, and operational processes
- Support classified national-security missions while complying with security and ITAR requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/IT, or an engineering discipline OR
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in software, DevOps, or site reliability engineering in lieu of a degree
