Responsibilities
- Design and implement material flow strategies from receipt to lineside and reverse logistics
- Create labor and equipment models using lean material flow principles
- Develop cost-effective, sustainable packaging solutions for vendors and internal use
- Lead cross-functional projects, take ownership of solutions, and ensure sustainability
- Extract, transform, and analyze data to build business cases and communicate opportunities
- Develop current and future state process flows and contribute to systems roadmaps
- Identify root causes in logistics/value stream and implement corrective actions
- Establish and standardize KPIs, metrics, policies, and documentation
- Design conceptual and detailed layouts for material flow and storage to meet inventory targets
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Master's degree in engineering or supply chain (preferred)
