Responsibilities
- Define program-level goals, identify risks and own data-driven resolution strategies
- Build deep understanding of Falcon operations across build, test and launch and track key health metrics
- Optimize resources, schedules, and risk under uncertainty for program-wide metrics
- Manage projects on tight timelines and influence stakeholders across functions
- Standardize interfaces with partner groups to reduce administrative burden and improve signal-to-noise
- Prioritize and execute process and system improvements to enable scalable growth
- Capture and share best practices and lessons learned across teams
- Drive standardized labor analysis, forecasting and headcount planning
- Present analyses and visualizations to executives and program leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering, operations research, or related field (preferred)
