Responsibilities
- Optimize and consolidate automation scripts and tooling supporting multiple launch vehicle classes
- Provide advanced Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting
- Increase IT infrastructure maturity with alignment to NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Integrate DevOps tooling and GitOps processes into launch-support infrastructure
- Collaborate with software and controls teams on build/configuration pipelines and verification
- Provide real-time IT support during launches and tests for networking, hardware, and software
- Enhance network monitoring by identifying blind spots and delivering scripts, filters, and dashboards
- Research and validate virtualization, storage, and networking technologies in development environments
- Maintain and improve CMDBs, procedures, and contingency plans
- Support rapid infrastructure expansion with design guidance, topology diagrams, and project coordination
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related discipline and 3+ years systems engineering experience; OR 5+ years systems engineering experience in lieu of degree
- Eligible to meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or able to obtain required authorizations
