Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to join our growing organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our technology roadmap, leading architectural strategy, and ensuring alignment between business and IT goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a forward-thinking approach to enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework aligning business objectives with technology strategies.
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end architectural solutions across business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and platforms.
Provide leadership and mentoring to cross-functional technical teams.
Define, implement, and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance.
Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt.
Create strategic roadmaps to support digital transformation initiatives.
Lead architectural reviews, technology assessments, and innovation planning.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (7+ years) in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in systems architecture, application design, cloud solutions, and data integration.
Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong knowledge of business processes and how IT solutions support enterprise objectives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Certification in enterprise architecture or relevant cloud certifications is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $165,000 – $185,000
