Responsibilities
- Develop and manage workflows for integrating BIM (Revit/Civil 3D) models into ArcGIS
- Maintain and update campus maps, site plans, parcels, roads, utilities, and building features
- Manage shared coordinates between Revit and Civil 3D design models
- Collect, develop, and maintain 3D models to support spatial analysis and scenario planning
- Extract, clean, and visualize geospatial data from multiple sources
- Set up and administer geospatial platforms (ArcGIS, Civil 3D, Revit) to support planning and design
- Support pilot and implementation of geospatial technologies (drones, 360 cameras, laser scanning, VR/AR)
- Support project control activities: strategy, roadmaps, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to define utility and infrastructure GIS requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Preferably in GIS, architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
