Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ.

- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analog and microwave background to design analog and RF RADAR subsystems.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and subsystem-level problems.
- Ability to develop chain analysis for product requirements.
- Understanding of frequency plans for up and down conversion.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Experience with high precision RF over Fiber, RF chain analysis, and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with Office products.
- Experience with Ansys HFSS.
- Radar design experience of low-level electronics.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
Essential Job Duties (Not All-Inclusive):
- Lead a small team of hardware engineers.
- Follow quality procedures to comply with ISO requirements.
- Travel occasionally to sites.
- Generate requirements for RADAR subsystems based on technical and customer requirements.
- Design subsystems - this includes analog/RF signal integrity, control wiring, power, and thermal considerations.
- Develop test plans for subsystems.
- Test and troubleshoot system and subsystem-level problems.
- Be the lead hardware engineer for a project.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually.
