Skills

Responsibilities
- Design and build high-confidence, statistically-based dashboards and analytics to detect trends in customer growth and experience
- Translate analytics insights into actionable tasks for business and engineering teams
- Develop monitoring systems and alerting strategies to detect trends and regressions quickly
- Collaborate with software and production teams to optimize user experience and operational metrics
- Develop, validate, and maintain forecasting and predictive models for customer acquisition
- Implement and deploy data pipelines and machine learning workflows for production use
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, or other STEM discipline (required)
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred but not required
- Background in statistics or computational physics is a plus
