Responsibilities
- Develop electro-mechanical wire harness designs for Starlink vehicles
- Create harness design solutions using 3D NX CAD and perform trade studies
- Generate electrical schematics for flight and qualification designs
- Manage vehicle-level harness mechanical assemblies and system integration
- Perform mechanical and electrical qualification testing of harnesses
- Document design, analysis, and testing through detailed design reviews
- Produce and release manufacturing documentation and drawings on schedule
- Coordinate with production and integration teams for timely harness deployment
- Conduct R&D and trade studies to optimize harness mass and cost
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
