Associate Revenue Operations Analyst

SmithRx is a venture-backed health-tech company building a next-generation pharmacy benefit management platform focused on cost savings and exceptional customer service. The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst will support RevOps and Deal Operations by maintaining Salesforce data integrity, executing detailed manual processes, assisting with documentation and testing, and supporting small deals and operational projects in a fast-moving environment.

Skills

  • Practical Salesforce experience for reporting, dataloads, and dashboard usage
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, MATCH, SUMIF and similar formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive manual tasks
  • Analytical troubleshooting for data discrepancies
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-changing environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity by tracking end-to-end operational processes and escalating errors early
  • Run and interpret pre-built Salesforce reports and perform routine data reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve routine data discrepancies following documented procedures
  • Perform accurate manual data entry of deal and contract details for downstream systems
  • Support small-segment deals and provide versatile operational assistance across RevOps functions
  • Contribute to data cleanup projects and execute assigned remediation tasks
  • Assist Analysts with testing small-scale Salesforce updates and documenting procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Maintain and help develop RevOps documentation and standard operating procedures

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; experience can substitute
