Responsibilities
- Own monthly commissions reconciliation, processing, and analysis
- Develop tools and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of commission payments
- Manage user roles, profiles, security, workflow rules and dashboards in the commission system while maintaining audit controls
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality, perform data cleansing and remove duplicates
- Perform monthly audit processes and maintain accurate records
- Provide frontline user support for commission and related sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign)
- Maintain and update documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations
- Prepare forecasting and commissions-related reporting for stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- Equivalent practical experience in commissions or sales analytics accepted
