The Senior Docket Analyst (“SDA”) is responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and quality of data held in the firm-wide litigation docketing system; and setting up new matter monitors via various tracking services; monitoring the department email boxes to assure docketing and assignments are completed in a timely manner; and assisting with the creation & maintenance of inter-department administrative/procedural resources. The SDA will also act as mentor to Docket Specialists and Docket Analysts and provide one-on-one training to continue developing relevant skills. Additional responsibilities may include processing court filings, service of legal papers, and assisting with the creation of department best practices.
