Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Associate
Location: Hybrid – Century City HQ (must be LA-based)
Entity & Document Management
Maintain and update corporate entity records, including filings, formations, amendments, and KYC requests (domestic & international)
Organize and manage legal files, documents, and SharePoint records
Assist with filing systems and implement document workflows (potential use of CLM software)
Legal Operations
Coordinate billing and liaise with global counsel on administrative tasks
Support legal process improvements and organization-wide compliance infrastructure
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide light executive assistant support to General Counsel
Manage signature packets, coordinate filing deadlines, and help streamline legal workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support ad hoc projects in partnership with finance, compliance, and operations
Maintain internal visibility of legal tasks and help manage legal calendars
4+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal—ideally in-house at an operating company
Strong understanding of entity management, corporate governance, and legal document organization
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Self-starter with low ego and a team-player mindset—no task is too small
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint or legal ops tools a plus
Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work on-site at our Century City office
This is a chance to build the legal operations foundation from the ground up. You’ll be the first hire in this function, working directly with our GC and shaping the systems, vendors, and practices that scale with the business. It’s a hands-on, high-trust role with visibility and opportunity for growth as the legal team expands.
