Under the operational direction of the Corporate Director of Telehealth and clinical supervision of the on-site Telehealth physician, the candidate will work collaboratively with corporate Telehealth and local Hospital team members, to ensure a seamless Telehealth clinic work-flow. The Telehealth Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will serve as a local point of contact at the SHC Hospital, be responsible for the local site Telehealth operations and act as the local link between the SHC Hospital, affiliate site, and the Corporate Telehealth department. The CMA will assist the Corporate Director of Telehealth and Regional Telehealth Coordinator in identifying potential telehealth patients, and ensure policies and procedures are followed at the local SHC Hospital. Telehealth responsibilities will remain the priority of this position, but general clinic duties may be assigned during availability.
