Skills
- Strong operational and project management skills overseeing complex workflows
- Experience with catalog/taxonomy systems, e-commerce data models, and QA processes
- Comfort working with SQL, Excel, POPSQL, Notion, and light analytics/dashboarding tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage people and vendor relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication (native-level English)
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve catalog infrastructure including categorization, tagging, and QA systems
- Manage and mentor a catalog operations team and third-party vendor relationships
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement automation and tooling improvements
- Define, monitor, and report catalog KPIs and data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
- Design and maintain documentation, SOPs, and prioritization frameworks to streamline workflows
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
