Skills
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and strong SQL skills for large-scale data work.
- Experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Cloud experience with GCP and/or AWS for model deployment and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with MLOps and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
- Proven track record shipping ML models to production and operating them at scale.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and code-review abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and ship production-ready AI agents that automate workflows like appointment setting and inventory ordering.
- Lead end-to-end ML development: data gathering, hypothesis testing, prototyping, production deployment, and monitoring.
- Create agentic conversation workflows and scripts informed by real-world shop data and customer use cases.
- Implement NLP and LLM components for sentiment analysis, real-time conversation evaluation, and behavior optimization.
- Build evaluation agents and monitoring systems to ensure coherence, quality, and safety of autonomous conversations.
- Work in a modern MLOps environment to ensure scalable, reliable model deployment and observability.
- Contribute to analytics and predictive features (e.g., no-show prediction, sentiment dashboards).
- Communicate technical progress and translate complex ML work into clear updates for cross-functional stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) considered a plus and may offset years of experience.
