Acelero, Inc. is seeking a Family Services & Health Coordinator to lead family engagement and health initiatives aimed at enhancing early childhood education and support for diverse families in low-income communities.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement family engagement strategies, establish community partnerships, oversee health services advisory committees, and ensure program coordination for school readiness.
Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and community partnership abilities, with a background in family engagement, health, public health, social work, or related fields.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in relevant field required; Master's preferred, with at least 3 years of experience working with diverse families. Certification in CPR and First Aid is necessary.
Location: Based in Hancock County, MS, with local travel required up to 10%.
Compensation: $60000 - $67000 / Annually

Your Role:
As the Family Services & Health Coordinator you are responsible for working in collaboration with the Grantee/Partner and the Family Advocates to develop, implement, and refine Shine Early Learning’s family engagement and health and wellness approaches in order to promote family outcomes that support children’s school readiness and health and well-being.
