Acelero, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented ERSEA Assistant to support families in accessing early childhood education by managing the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance processes in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with eligibility, selection, and enrollment processes. Assist families with the Online Family Application and determine their eligibility for services. Collaborate with coordinators to maintain enrollment levels and promote recruitment efforts.
Skills: Strong understanding of Head Start Performance Standards, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data management. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required; AA/AS in Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred. Knowledge or experience with Head Start Performance Standards is a plus.
