Serco supports the US Navy for their Team Submarine contract in the maintenance, sustainment, and disposal of in-service submarines. The Team Submarine concept unifies diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

In compliance with the District of Columbia’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $116,326.95 to $189,030.99; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
