Job Overview
As the Regional Business Leader (RBL), you will be accountable for building, developing and coaching a field team to successfully launch a new innovative insulin pump and future Sequel products. The RBL will be responsible for all commercial field-related activities and achieving company goals in their region. Your team will consist of both Territory Business Leaders focused on product promotion and Clinical Diabetes Specialists supporting product education and training. Partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and sales leadership to align field needs and market dynamics will be pivotal for this role.
The territory for this role includes Utah, Las Vegas, Arizona, San Diego and New Mexico.
The total base salary and target incentive compensation for this position is $230k-$270k annually (based on the achievement of goals). Base pay varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
