Job Description
Summary: Provides a full range of information technology support services, maintains the computer networks, providing technical support. Monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:
- Manage Tier 1 help desk escalations through internal ticketing system providing technical support
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues using diagnostic techniques
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next tier
- Ability to properly document issues and their resolution
- Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives and implementations
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software and configuration
- Follow all Senior policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field; or 2- 3 years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Annual Target Salary = $62,400.00
