The Enterprise Connectivity (EC) organization is seeking a hardworking IT leader to manage Lilly’s global network encompassing WAN, LAN, wireless, cloud networking, Data Center Networks, and DDI services (DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management) services. In this role, you will be instrumental to driving major initiatives across network infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing:
This role will be responsible for leading a technical team, managing vendor relationships, collaborating with other Tech@Lilly teams, and driving strategy. As an ideal candidate, you should have a solid background in technical leadership, a proven ability to drive innovation, and superb communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams is a must, as you will work closely with Cybersecurity, Hosting & Cloud Services, Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q), Lilly Research Labs (LRL), and other application teams.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$124,500 - $182,600Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
