  • Represent TYLin at client meetings and industry events throughout the DC, Maryland, Virginia, and broader Mid-Atlantic region.

  • Contribute to winning pursuits through proposal development, strategy, and presentations at both regional and national levels.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license required or attainable within one year.

  • 10+ years of experience delivering engineering design projects for major transportation and transit clients.

  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee project delivery for public-sector agencies.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and mentoring mindset.

  • Experience balancing technical excellence, client engagement, and business development responsibilities.

Why Join Us

  • Career Growth: Clear pathways toward sector, regional, and national leadership roles.

  • Impact: Help deliver projects that shape communities and improve mobility across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.

  • Collaboration: Work with top-tier professionals who are passionate about advancing transportation infrastructure.
