We are seeking a New Business Coordinator to assist the Director of New Business in all tasks related to the execution and implementation of new life insurance policies. The main goal is to ensure that policies are implemented in a timely, accurate, and professional manner for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Request and organize client’s medical records received from healthcare providers and facilities. 
  • Prepare various insurance related materials such as: charts, medical cover letters, and insurance applications. 
  • Edit and manage existing new business spreadsheets and documents. 
  • Handle, send, and manage client’s new business related payments for their policies. 
  • Interact occasionally with clients and insurance carriers via phone and email. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with New Business Director on existing workflow. 
  • Print, assemble, and mail insurance policy materials to clients. 
  • Prepare invoice materials for insurance carriers to request medical record reimbursement. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortability working with medical and health information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with highly sensitive information, especially as it relates to client’s medical and financial history.
  • If not already held, Life and Health insurance license should be obtained within 6 months of hiring.
  • Skilled with time management, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
