Role Overview
The HubSpot Specialist will manage and optimize marketing workflows within HubSpot’s Marketing Hub. This role focuses on improving lead tracking, automating key processes, and developing strategies to strengthen funnel performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HubSpot marketing operations, along with the ability to identify and implement strategic improvements that align sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Optimization & Strategy
Review, clean up, and optimize HubSpot workflows to ensure automation and lead tracking are efficient and reliable.
Develop and implement best practices for marketing automation and funnel management.
Lead Management
Monitor lead flows and nurture leads throughout the funnel.
Track conversion metrics and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
Marketing Campaign Reporting
Build detailed dashboards and reports to measure campaign outcomes and identify actionable insights.
Communicate performance trends to stakeholders to guide future strategy.
Collaboration with Teams
Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and ensure seamless lead transitions.
Support ongoing alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
CRM Enhancements
Oversee CRM improvements, ensuring HubSpot’s full potential is leveraged across marketing and sales functions.
Implement data hygiene processes to maintain accuracy and reliability.
Process Improvement
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose strategies to streamline operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a proven record of optimizing marketing operations.
Hands-on experience developing workflows, automations, and lead nurturing sequences.
Strong analytical background with a focus on reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Skills
Proficiency in building and maintaining marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with sales teams.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
