Skills
- Strong frontend development with modern frameworks (React/TypeScript preferred).
- Backend/API development experience (Node, Python, or similar).
- Proven ability to ship production-quality features and iterate quickly.
- Experience building scalable systems and familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and translating feedback into product.
- Clear technical communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to evolving ML/Generative AI product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with technical customers to understand needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
- Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end features spanning frontend UI, backend services, and infrastructure.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on experiments to meet customer and product requirements.
- Deliver production-quality, scalable code and ensure strong UX for interactive AI applications.
- Contribute to system architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices across the team.
- Work on diverse projects from large-scale data infrastructure to customer-facing agent interfaces.
- Drive technical leadership on projects and influence product and engineering direction.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to learn ML/AI concepts on the job; background in related coursework is a plus.
