Senior Computer Vision Engineer
Skills
- Proficiency in C++ with experience writing robust, tested, production code.
- Deep experience with computer vision tasks: detection, segmentation, tracking, and image enhancement.
- Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks and implementing statistical, ML, or DL algorithms.
- Experience with VIO/SLAM, sensor fusion, and real-time system constraints and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement perception algorithms (enhancement, detection, segmentation, tracking) in robust, efficient C++.
- Integrate and optimize image processing, feature extraction, and classification techniques on streaming imagery.
- Collaborate with perception, tracking & estimation, and systems engineers to deliver integrated imaging solutions.
- Develop tests, performance benchmarks, and detailed documentation for algorithms and system integration.
- Iterate quickly on prototypes and production implementations, focusing on real-time performance and reliability.
Education
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
