Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hardware testing strategies, tools, and automated test systems
- Collaborate with software, production, and design teams to integrate test automation and improve processes
- Optimize production line efficiency and ensure consistent product quality
- Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures, tools, and production workflows
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Provide actionable feedback to design teams to drive product enhancements and reliability
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering field preferred or 5+ years equivalent experience
