Responsibilities
- Own enablement rollouts post-scoping including onboarding kits, training cycles, and early adopter programs.
- Coordinate delivery of learning materials to public sector teams for AI adoption success.
- Develop customer and end user success materials including UX/UI feedback guides and surveys.
- Establish and manage enablement hubs to track training engagement and surface learning gaps.
- Drive storytelling and change narratives to help stakeholders understand AI transformation.
- Track impact of enablement strategies and iterate based on structured feedback and insights.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
