Invoca has a blameless culture where engineers are supported appropriately and can develop code safely. We have an effective continuous improvement approach where retrospectives are routinely held and the team is always open to adjusting approaches and processes for better outcomes. When an incident occurs, it's a learning opportunity, not one for shame and blame. I started very entry-level in the department and have continuously been invested in, far more than I think I would have been anywhere else. I feel very lucky to work at Invoca.Cons
It feels like there are very few cons. Some teams in engineering run more seamlessly than others, but with good leadership we are given the tools to create code in a supportive, collaborative, ego-free environment. I'm never made to feel bad when I need help or get stuck.
