SUMMARY
The Digital Editor, K-12 Math Assessments, is responsible for the development of K-12 programs in Math. Under the leadership of a Manager, the Digital Editor will play a critical role in building and maintaining digital products, including nationally-normed assessments and their satellite products. Digital Editors have responsibility for developing high-quality products and publishing those digital products to ensure an optimal customer experience. The candidate will have an excellent understanding of mathematics and mathematics assessment, digital development processes and tools, and bring to the position those skills to build market-winning product offerings.
This is a term of project position, expected to last for one year.
The Digital Editor knows the subject matter for their assigned area and uses that knowledge to develop competitive offerings. The Editor is knowledgeable about all of the “details” in the plan for the assigned project, including specs, writing guidelines, schedule constraints, QA protocols, etc. The Editor relies on guidance from his/her direct supervisor to ensure that the evolving product meets the objectives of the plan, its budget, and its schedule.
