Responsibilities: Facilitating professional development sessions, developing training content, representing MagicSchool at events, supporting educator engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Skills: Strong facilitation and public speaking skills, experience in education or edtech, dynamic engagement abilities, and comfort with both educators and district leaders.
Qualifications: 5+ years in educational roles, experience in instructional coaching or edtech PD, willingness to travel regionally, and preferred familiarity with grassroots marketing and AI in education.

This is a field-forward role for an experienced educator, PD leader, and community builder who’s energized by meeting people where they are—literally. You’ll work in close collaboration with the CX, Sales, and Marketing teams, and report into the Professional Learning function, with day-to-day prioritization supported by our Pioneer & Community Lead.
