Full Stack Developer (Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position)

Savista is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing Application Development team. This role will focus on designing and delivering custom-built Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications that support key operational areas including Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials Management, and Payment Variance Analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, C# (.NET), and PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server. You will be responsible for building scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve business performance for some of the largest healthcare providers in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RCM-focused web applications using Angular, React, and Next.js.

• Build backend services and APIs using C# (.NET Core/.NET 6+), tailored to AR workflows, denials management, and payment reconciliation.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Write efficient, type-safe code using TypeScript and C#.

• Design, manage, and optimize database schemas and stored procedures using PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and QA to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.

• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and participate in agile development ceremonies.

• Maintain clear documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software engineering role.

• Strong experience with Angular, React, and Next.js frameworks.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and C#, especially within the .NET ecosystem.

• Solid understanding of relational databases including PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL Server.

• Experience with building and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and source control tools like Git.

• Ability to understand and work with healthcare-related data sets, especially those related to RCM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the healthcare domain, especially with Revenue Cycle systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and secure application development.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual range for this role is from $90,000 to $115,000. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
