Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the fresh foods department, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Train, supervise, and motivate department staff to ensure exceptional customer service and effective teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of products.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance product visibility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate timely promotions and special events.
- Previous experience in a fresh foods management role or similar position is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
