Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Operations Support contractor to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer support, facilitating smooth order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless operations — especially during off-hours and weekends.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries with speed, empathy, and accuracy
Support order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
Identify and escalate recurring issues or operational bottlenecks
Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive customer experience
