Customer Support Manager - job 1 of 2

Runwise is a fast-paced climate-tech startup focused on energy efficiency, seeking a Customer Support Manager to engage with property companies and manage heating systems remotely. The role requires adaptable, communicative problem solvers motivated to help reduce carbon emissions significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer live phone calls via 24/7 support line
  • Troubleshoot customer issues in real-time
  • Monitor and analyze heating systems remotely
  • Adjust remote system settings to reduce fuel consumption and manage tenant comfort
  • Perform remote quality checks after installations and service calls

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
