Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the rug printing process and oversee all aspects of print production
- Create and execute daily plans and schedules aligned with plant and customer needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer and production issues alongside maintenance, ops tech, and IT teams
- Train, coach, and develop print operators to maintain performance and quality standards
- Manage attendance, interpersonal issues, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure production meets quality parameters, safety standards, and timeline commitments
- Drive, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
- Participate in hiring and onboarding for the print team
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Base salary $60,000 - $70,000 per year
