We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager with MEP (Electrical) expertise.
Candidates should be currently located within a commutable distance to Lexington, KY or Richmond, VA on a daily basis, or available to relocate to these locations.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and fifteen plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional registration required.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications. Also, utilize programs for calculating loads and performing cost analysis. Knowledge of ACAD is preferred.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. The team member is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level is generally moderate to loud. Overtime may be required.
